About the graffiti attack, do you have laws against hate crimes? In the US writing graffiti on a wall is a minor offense but if you did graffiti on a wall spewing hate against a religion, nationality or sexual preference you could be charged with a hate crime and a hate crime is not a minor offense. Does the UK have a law like that
