Hello, again - for again it surely is!
I am Kerin, and this is my livejournal. Over the years I've had a lot of different LJs, and boy howdy are they pretty pathetic. In chronological order, the ones I have been after this one are
aegith,
thekerin, and
signum - although the last is the one into which my great claws (which can rend the very earth and sky in the space of a sparrow's breath!) sank for the most considerable time.
I have deleted the handful of posts still sitting about on this account from my previous stay - don't worry, they were anything but worth reading.
I was also Kerin on deadjournal, but eventually I stopped using it and reading over those old posts hurt me inside because boy howdy was I whiny. I'm probably going to need to obtain access to a temporal displacement device so that I may erase my younger self from existence.
But really! I'm better now, and that's enough about that.
I'm an amateur writer, artist, and graphic designer. I actually went to college for art, web and graphic design briefly, but it didn't go so well. At the time, I thought I was too smart for it - and now, I know I am. At the time, however, I was most decidedly not.
I am 21 years old, married, and have been for about a year and a half now. It's working out pretty nicely for me, given that I enjoy a number of sorts of inter- and discourse. I also like the liberal use of italics, but that's sort of neither here nor there.
I play a lot of D&D. Or, at least, sort of - I've been obsessively houseruling the system to bits for years now, and have recently been exposed to my madness in all its horror, and consequently began development of my own system. It'll be cool, I think! Cool. With dice and character sheets and experienc points and hwrefsdgsdhdgh
Maybe not cool, no. But enjoyable? Ahh, there we are. Enjoyable indeed!
I''m probably going to use this journal to post updates on my D&D game, assorted writings, and whatever artwork I manage to churn out. I've never been good at writing about my life - and at that, I'm not convinced that anyone wants to hear it - so that sort of thing will come rarely, if at all.
