Waiting...is perhaps the most frustrating thing...
I wish I'd been more prepared, that I'd thought of more of the questions they'd ask. I probably should have tried applying last year too, just for the experience (I think most of us knew who was going to get it)...but too late for that now. I don't even know for certain who else applied (apparently 4/5, so maybe 25% chance), but all I can do is wait, complete the things that I had to put off to write those essays and prepare for the interview, and think about what to do whatever the decision is.
Catching a cold late last week didn't exactly help either. Whilst I don't have a headache anymore, and my throat is just about back to normal, my ears are still misbehaving - it's like I have a wad of cotton stuck in each ear or something. This weekend, hopefully - I do want to go to that goodbye party.
