Snagged from alisaura

You're a Ravenpuff!: You are a very analytical and
ingenius person, someone that likes to invent
new things. The way you look at life is with
wonder, and sometimes you're even a little
naive. But people love you for that trait and
they feel the need to protect you from the
harsh facts of life so that you can retain your
innocence. You are very capable person and when
there is trouble people turn to you because
you're able to stay calm and collected. You
like balance in your life and you try not to
make many waves. Even still, if there is
something that you believe strongly in, you
will commit yourself totally to that cause.
Your weakness is that sometimes you can be
indecisive and perfectionist, especially about
little details and you drive people crazy
sometimes with these traits. With the
innocence of a Hufflepuff and the calm of a
Ravenclaw you will be loved in life!

Which Mix of the Hogwarts Houses are You?
brought to you by Quizilla

Tee hee, I nicked this meme from alisaura and it turns out we both got the same result! So what does this mean? ;-)

Life is ticking along: work is definitely quieter now on the class contact front (only ONE lecture to give on Wednesday, no seminars, tutorials or anything else, wow!) but on the downside, the essays are starting to come in. Media Policy last week, Media History due in on Friday, Radio Production assessments next week. No letting them pile up this time - promise!

The house is amazingly tidy because we had friends over on Saturday night (and I fell asleep on the sofa for a couple of hours because of my late-night Cibby crisis chatroom session the night before - very embarrassing!). It's so nice to come home, throw a couple of logs in the stove and have some flickering flames to warm the place up ... and not to look around and think, "This room's a complete tip!"

Time to supervise son's spelling homework. Then it's on to tap-dancing; I need lots of extra practice sessions before the show at the end of January!
