I read a bunch of weird things about LJ on wikipedia yesterday. Like how people are murderers or pedophiles and are stupid enough to post about it on here.
School is ending this week - finals.
I think I have the highest or second highest grade in my computer hardware class. :D All my scores were highlighted. I did way better than I expected on the final (58% on the practice A+ Hardware test, I was getting only 38% before). I need to study a little more over the summer in order to either take the real test prep class or just to take the damn test.
I started my operating systems final but I still have to finish it . ..
Matt has been staying at our house since Friday night because certain issues with his stepdad prevent him from being in his room without being accosted by him. With a court date for May 31st for divorce of his current wife (Matt's mom), he seemed determined to make Matt's life a living hell by staying at his wife's house just because he could, since he wasn't divorced yet. Ryan and I were over there that night just chillin with Matt in his room when his stepdad started pounding on the front door. Matt thought it was his little neanderthal brother who's only in preschool wanting in the house, so he went to open it. Instead, it was his drunken stepdad, who burst into the house and followed Matt back to his room. Most likely upset just because of Matt's presence, and newly finding Ryan and myself also, with entertainment on his computer (another aggravation for him, since Matt being occupied with anything engaging at all seems to throw him into a rage) he started ragging on Matt about how he hasn't moved out of the house yet, and that Matt should be paying him rent. He said he would "kick us all out" of there, "you, you, and even you" pointing to Matt, Ryan, and I respectively. He kept trying to instigate Matt into fighting him, telling him he wasn't a man and calling him a "pussy" and a "punk", and trying to get Matt to "take it outside" with him. He then turned on Ryan and started questioning him about why he had moved into the room behind his dad's house (which was highly irrelevant, since Matt and Ryan were in two different situations at the time). He then apparently saw Ryan holding his right hand to his right side, near his pocket/belt loop, and started accusing Ryan of having a knife and attempting to pull it on him. All the while, Matt was repeatedly telling him to get out of the room. Shortly after that, his stepdad left (driving drunk with his two 4 year olds in the vehicle). We left soon after that, Matt taking most of his clothes that he wears with him so he wouldn't have to go back for awhile. We went to the store where Matt's mom worked to tell her what happened and to tell her that Matt would be staying with Ryan and I for awhile. When we were about to enter the store, we saw his stepdad already standing inside talking to one of the staff, presumably inquiring the whereabouts of his (soon to be ex) wife. We waited outside the entrance for awhile and entered after he walked out of sight. We started looking around for Matt's mom, but we soon saw that his stepdad had gotten there before we had. He soon found out that we were there and stared at us as if to let us know he knew we were up to something. We finally met Matt's mom in the back of the store, as she was just getting off her shift. Matt's little brother and sister were with her, and Matt told her what happened, and soon after that we left.
o-o; yeah .. .. . ..
I think I can pick up my paycheck today, I have to see.
