Went to Dave and Busters with Erwin, Sarah, Adrienne and Leah. Had a great time. Bowled and drank. Adrienne and I decided we needed to have dragon ball bowling balls... Still working on that one.

Saw Inglorious Bastards with Leah. Always good to see tarantino in the theater. And then Final destination 3D with Leah and amanda. I showed my dad Beerfest this too. I believe he liked it. David got me Halo ODST! He can be cool sometimes. T.T was sad on september 27th because amanda broke my pipe 'The black hole'.

Always a good month for me. For Leah's birthday I got her some of those awesome knee high converses. And we spent a weekend in ocean city at her grandfathers rental property. It was really nice. I tried fisher's popcorn for the first time and got my first glimpse of DJ hero. Went with amanda to see paranormal activity and was amused. For halloween this year I had a movie party. Among thos in attendance there were Justin, leah, amanda, tony, erin, steve o'hare. thats all I can remember. We watched Hatchet, Lost skeleton of cadavra(tony got smashed off a drinking game we made up for it) Trick 'r treat and a few others that I didnt document right.

On the first day of november some dick ran into my car in the the parking lot while I was inside and then I had huge dent in my door until I got a new on in June 2010.

Saw 2012 in the theater with my parents.... the things I put myself through to connect with them. Left 4 dead 2 also came out! Awesoem game! Dead Men dont wear plaid was an awesome movie to see! I want to remember that one. On black friday amanda and I got information that the best buy at arundel mills was going to open up at midnight. I really wanted a PS3 and they were going to have one on sale so we went up there {hopefully} to get in and out. When we got there at 10 there was a line but people were reassuring us that in fact the store would open at 12am. So we waited. And then it started to rain. I was watching a bunch of kids trying to put up a tent and they sucked at it. It started to bother me sooo much that I just went over and started helping them put it up. After we got it all up they invited amanda and I inside as repayment for my services. Well that helped a lot. It started to get really cold and rainy so at least we were out of the elements for that. I ended up getting my PS3 that night plus a new monitor so I could hook up my dual screens that I use now. It was glorious.

I won the home depot store talent contest with a scene for Bees. That made my month! Again for New Years I stayed at my house with the rents and friends and watched the ball drop as my family got smashed. That was fun.

Epic snowstorm of epicness fell on MD. This was probably my first incling that something was wrong between Leah and myself but I just chaulked it up to her crazy family/PMS or something like that. The olympics also happened and I bewcame addicted to curling!

Started playing Dodgeball with Tony. It is amazingly fun and theraputic. They had a hiatus this summer but now they are back and we are going religiouslhy again. Went with Justin B, Leah, Amanda, Adrienne, Tony, and Chibi to DC today to take in the cherry blossom festival! Had a great time and ate awesoem food. After we went to amanda's grandma's to have delicious food and watch zombieland. Saw Kick Ass at the theater! It was Awesome!

I worked at the MD Film Fest for the first tiem this year. Had an awesome time. Took Leah and Amanda to see Total Recall on the big screen which was amazing. I was soo happy to have seen that in a theater setting. Also got to do tech check for a doc called Beijing Taxi which was really good.

Had a decent birthday. Stayed in. Went to donut shack and got a doen doughnuts then stopped by the liqour store on the way back and got 2 6-packs of land shark and proceeded to devour them when I got home while playing video games all day. Then Watched SGT Frog with John and tony until we ate Lemon chicken for dinner. Went to the DC 101 chili cook of on the 22nd to kick off my concert series for the summer. Went with Steve O, Justin B, Matt Brown, Tony, Amanda, and Leah. The line up was: Anberlin, Cage the elephant, Switchfoot, Alice in Chains and Stone temple pilots. STP sucked balls. The lead singer couldn;t control his voice and the sound techs couldnt get their shit together. But! Alice in Chains rocked the house. They seriuosly made the show. LOST finally wrapped on the 24th so I am finally free of that addiction.

Went to Texas for like a week to visit with my mom's family. Awesome times. But again almost broke up with Leah because she freaked out after 2 days of me being there. saying she was lonely and this and that. Seriously it was rediculous. I I had to call amanda and tell her to hang out with her so Leah would stop freaking out. But! Had a great time. Went out drinking with my mom and aunt and uncle and their spouses. Was great. Then we out of a boat and got horrible sun poisoning on my right arm and back. That sucked! I couldnt move my arm for like a week.

Had an amusing 4th. John went to PA and bout a bunch of mortars so we got to light those for the first time evar. I dont think I will ever go back to the ground type. Started going to Kareoke with adreienne and amanda to get out of the house. So glad I kept going. Sallie mae also told me that my student loan payments were going up!! Awesome times. I felt like stepping in front of a bus. But dont worry I did figure out how I will eventually commit suicide and I have to be in another country to do so.

Otakon was amazing as usual. Danced like an idiot at the rave. Also saw the U.S. premiere of Welcome to the Space Show. It was pretty good. Justin went for the first time and after he got over being scared he had a blast running around the place. Someone pulled the fire alarm in the middle of the day at con. 50,000 people flooded the streets of Baltimore to fuck up traffic and cause a general disturbance. \

Went to HFStival with Tony, Erin and Amanda. Saw Lit, feul, Live Marcy playground, presidents of the united stated of america, Everclear, billy idol and third eye blind. was a great day. The next weekend I went with amanda to Virgin freefest. I won a free pair of converse, and got to try out the playstation Move. We saw jimmy eat world, LCD soundsystem. MIA, ludacris, joan jett, and Matt and Kim. great day.

Went to Jason's woods with John, chanda and amanda. Had a good time. A dude followed amanda out of the last haunted house and chased her all the way out. Hilarious. Redid my room this month too. Amanda and I took jess for her first time at rennfair... I am pretty sure she enjoyed it.

I saw a dude beating up a chick and got to call the cops. I had never dialed 911 before. I was weird. Watched human centipede with adrienne and I believe scarred he for life. John and I also made it down to John stewart's rally to restore sanity. It was great. I can now cross Ozzy osbourne off of my list of people to see before they die. I wrapped up the month with a nice halloween movie party. We watched: An american werewolf in london, Dead alive, charlie brown, The crazies, Behind the mask, monster on campus, The mole people, and slither. Amanda, adrienne, steve and his GF alex, brandon kleinschmidt (sp?), Tony, Jess, her hobbit, Gina and Toffer were all there. I cant remember who else may have been there. My mom helped out a whole lot with food and drinks. so that was cool.

In october I started playing through silent hill 1 so amanda and adrienne could watch. Twas fun. Now we have played through 2 and 3 as well hopefully to start Rule of Rose soon.

My skyline review
It's hard to talk about this movie without spoilers. What I can say is this. Mind you this is all part of a much larger thought process that won't really become clear until you see the movie. But here goes.
The ending will piss everyone off.... I got quite a bit of joy from hearing people yell at the screen at the end of the movie. I like when movies make people angry. But you have to give it some credit in the respect that it at least made you feel something. And its really the only way the movie had to go. (PS. I didn't spoil anything there. I know you're thinking you now know what happens to everyone but trust me, you're probably wrong.... What actually happens is way weirder.)
The movie itself is a lot like Cloverfield but without the first person POV. But you definitely get to see the aliens. They don't hide that from you. The creature effects were cool looking and the CG wasn't bad either. The sound effects for the movie were good and loud. The aliens sounded and looked cool and the few fight scenes I enjoyed. (At one point this dude just goes ape shit on one of them...) I digress. The acting was good. But you don't exactly have to be Keanu Reeves to run screaming from aliens. There was one REALLY bad continuity error. (If you want to try and spot it it happens during the party scene.)
The other misconception I think was that people are expecting Independence Day but it's not. It centers around a group of people trying to survive through an invasion (ie. War of the world, cloverfield) But it's centered around them in and around their penthouse sweet. There are a few cool scenes of the military planes fighting the mother ship. But it all was shown at the perspective of the people at ground zero. If the president made some 'We will survive speech' they didn't see it.
All in all I'd say wait on it unless you like the big screen special effects... But the ending will still piss you off.
Just went to the midnight release for Harry Potter with amanda and Matt Brown. It was awesome. And this past friday Amanda and adrienne and I all went to this drive in theater for a triple feature. We saw Megamind, then social network and last Due date. It was an awesome experience and I plan on doing it next year when they reopen.
