You always manage to fit so much, spoken and unspoken, into so few words...

Ah, thank you! I had a word limit of 200-300 words on this one. You should check out this place and give it a try if you are interested. It seems pretty easy, and the guidelines suggest that they are super open to interpretation:

I know you like to write sometimes, and this one seems like it would be really really low pressure. You have such talent that I would love to encourage (but not push) you.

Thank you so much for always taking the time to read my work. I can't tell you how much your support means to me, that you always check in and make the time to read my stuff.

You are a talented writer and talented writers deserve support and encouragement, and they don't get enough of it.

I seem to be able to pretend I have some talent at writing but when push comes to shove, there's nothing really special there.

Oh, don't say that! Right from the time we met at BF I could tell that you were very good. You have cultivated that skill even in the time I have known you. Don't sell yourself short! I can understand if you don't want to publish, and that's fine! But don't feel like that makes you less of a talented author.

Well, thank you! Now I feel the need to write something silly and I am sure I am going to get my submissions mixed up and and submit something humorous to something that ought to be very solemn. That's where I always go wrong with these things!!! :)
