Title: Flesh of the Fruit
Author: keppiehed
Prompt: a found poem from the Commission Regulation (EC) No 2257/94 of 16 September 1994 laying down quality standards for bananas (text found here: http://eur-lex.europa.eu/LexUriServ/LexUriServ.do?uri=CONSLEG:1994R2257:20060217:EN:PDF) (dry, much?)
A/N: Written for musemuggers. A disaster, to be sure! But a fun challenge. I love found poems!

Ink must be free.
Dessication is not a visible practice,
but the pest of contamination is still intact
Only tolerance, the glue of foreign matter,
is an exception to rotting.
Cut the beveled crown with a clean hand
and allow not the affect of damage in class,
the name of which is already indelibly marked.
Should they be delivered?
The destination and degree of bruise
is determined by the face of nature.
That taste had laid low
the chairman, the community, the three other regions.
They rose to stalk, but must protect the blossom
of green opinion.
They allowed in the face of such regard
that the limit of falling shall be this:
Ink must be free.
