Waking up to a confusing noise.

I wake this late morning to hear strange noises coming from downstairs. At first I thought it was something from the nieghbor, then when I'm in the the kitchen, I hear it again and this time I realize it coming from my apartment. Because of the change in season some of the birds native to the area are looking for a place to nest, so they were able to FLY into the dryer vent to my apartment and they were making their racket looking for a place to nest. Normally I wouldn't be so against such, but these birds are loud. After they left the vent, I took the hose off the wall and stuffed the vent through the wall with grocery bags, this solution quickly sealed the vent from them.
