A Super Splendiferous Saturday
Sometimes when you're out in the world stuff just happens.
Today was chalk full of that kind of stuff.
I won't mention the things that didn't happen (spinning at the Y, the photography exhibit at the Glenbow, and Glynn's DnD), because my day had bagpipers, men in kilts (entirely separate from the bagpipers), adventure racing contestants, foodie orgasms, and chicks in window displays.
Chicks!
And not the girl kind, the feathered kind! There were twenty of them, running around, playing in the wood shavings, and staying warm in the heat lamps. If anyone in Calgary is downtown they can be seen at La Fleur in Art Central.
