Panda's Adventure (or, I Turtle You)
Had to write a story for one of my japanese subjects based on a childhood memory. It's twice as long as it is meant to be, but here you go.
(Of course, fluent google-translation included :p)
パンダくんの冒険
ブレンダンくんが五歳の時、家族は海の近くの町に住んでいた。ブレンダンくんの一番よい友達はおもちゃのくまのパンダくん。ブレンダンくんがどこかに行くと、パンダくんも必ずついて行った。

ちょうどその時、フェリーが波で前後に揺れ動くと、パンダくんが海に落ちた！ブレンダンくんは見たり泣いたりしかすることができなかった。
その日から、ブレンダンくんはかわいそうだった。母と父は他のおもちゃのくまを買ってあげたけど、ブレンダンくんはパンダくんばかりほしがった。
何日か後、母は郵便箱にブレンダンくんあての変な小包を見つけた。ブレンダンくんは開いて、パンダくんを見た時、本当にびっくりした！ちょっと臭くて、きたなかったけど、本当にパンダくんだった！
ブレンダンくんはすごく嬉しかったので、パンダくんの下であった手紙を見なかった。母は取り上げて、読んだ。
「ただいま！僕は遅く帰った、ごめんなさい。しかし、いろいろな冒険があった。。。」
パンダくんは海に落ちた後で、海底に座った。ずっと上でフェリーの船体を見えたけど、だんだん見失っていた。
