what will be left when i draw my last breath....

Ok so next semester, this is my schedule: (remember, music majors take WAY too many classes for our own good)

-MW 9--Percussion Skills (get excited--last semester I learned how to play violin, this semester i get to learn to play DRUMS!!)
-MW 10--Conducting I
-W 4--Convocation
-TR 8--Elementary Music Methods
-TR 11--Music History I (SCARY!!!!)
-TR 2--Concert Choir (finally conducted by Dr Powell!!!)
-TR 5-7:45--Diversity of Learning Settings (gag me)

Observations: (good news first)
-NO CLASS ON FRIDAYS!!!! WHOA!!! THAT is the benefit of being a music student
-Mondays are over at 11; Wednesdays have class again at 4 but that's just a given
-T/R, however, are gonna suck; start at 8 and don't get done till 7:45 with awful 1 hour breaks in between; can't these people coordinate their schedules? they're all in the same freaking department!! (except for the awful educ class at the end)
-EDUC 3000 (diversity & learning) is going to be the most ridiculous 3 hour waste of my time there was ever invented.
-at least I can drive down to Haley Center for EDUC on TR...it's after 5 so I can park in the HC parking lot

So life next semester will be rather interesting, and I think second semester is going to be basically the same schedule because most of my classes will be part II of what I have to take first semester.

Lately the Lord has really been showing me a lot; my time with Him has been really rich lately. He is so personal. And if this week doesn't kill me, I can survive anything.
