Finally!
I have been waiting to use this icon for five weeks now! I'm soooo excited about tonight's Veronica Mars premiere that I can hardly sit still in my office today. Finally, my show is back! Oh happy day!
Anyway, the reason I haven't been around lately is because work has been absolutely crazy for the last 3 weeks. It's good, in a way, because my billable hours took a big hit when I took time off following my dad's death; but at the same time, I can barely catch my breath. And anytime I bill 26 hours over the course of a weekend writing trial memoranda, that's a problem. (And the trial settled right after opening statements on Monday morning. Haaaaate!) So, once again, I've got a lot of catching up to do. (Story of my life lately, it seems like.) Hope all of you guys are doing all right. Kisses!
ETA: I've been gone for so long that I didn't even see the responses to my last post until just now, so annebelle_ca, I saw your e-mail on Sunday, while I was knee-deep in drafting trial briefs, and I'll answer it this evening, I promise! And daera23, I've already decided that VM fic is out of the question -- unless I change my mind. *g* It could happen, if the urge strikes me like it did with my first Alias fic, but it's unlikely. I haven't even had time to read fic lately, much less, write it! Plus, I'm not sure I could add anything of significance to the brilliance that already exists in the VM fic-world. So, that's my stance, for now.
