Another successful day in court.
You just CAN'T keep a good guy down.
I'm so used to hearing things like "Your honour, we move for a motion for dismissal of case" and "Case PASSed for a year." and "Case dismissed." that it's not even funny.
I used to say things like "Oh, I've never been in trouble." or "They'll never catch me." Well, after the following:
Loitering 3/19/05 (12:30AM)
Third Degree Battery 3/22/05 (~1PM?)
Loitering 8/19/05 (11:30PM)
Each one has either been thrown out or PASSed.
I suppose I should change my phrase to "They can catch me, but they can't make the charges stick."
Off to UALR I gooooooooooo!
