Buyers Beware on buying doujinshi!
Ah, where should I begin? I want to send the word out if anyone who is into buying S x K doujinshi on-line.
Back in March of this year I ordered 2 books from Doujin Center (under Cartoon Passion)and I waited nearly a month for them to come. I waited and waited anxiously for two books and I carefully selceted them too. One I nicknamed "cat-eyes Kenshin" and the other is "Kurama look-a-like Kenshin". I'll post the pics when finish typing here. Anyway I received them they weren't the ones I've ordered!! There was no note inside --nothing! I never got an e-mail saying if they're out of stock or asking me if I want something else. Not one e-mail!!! I even phoned to see if they're out yet (4-8-05) and they said yes, they're already out and I got them the next day. I still have them.
So at the urging (right word?)of a friend of mine from Sano x Kenshin yahoo group, she said I should file a complaint to BBB and I did it last week.
I hope whatever BBB do to them, hopefully that Doujin Center (DJC) change its ways or maybe shut it down. They (DJC)do have lots of interesting stuff but I'm so afraid to order from them. I'll stick to JPqueen and another site my friend goes to called The Ultimate Anime Shop (originally called bdr157)and it's very good. I haven't ordered there yet because last night I bought 5(!!) doujinshi at JPqueen. ^_^;;; *feeling foolish now*
Okay, pics. Hmmm....how to do it...heh heh...I don't know how to do it here! :( help?
