It may be that the owners of the communities deleted them deliberately in protest. The communities are deleted, not suspended.
That said, both RK and Inuyasha are very prominent fandoms that could be in the sights of WFI because of Kaoru and Kagome, respectively. (And Kenshin himself, depending on when the stories are set.) Somebody might check WFI's hit list on blogspot to see who they're listing and if the RK communities are there -- in the past, they had an actual list posted ahead of time of the communities that they wanted taken down.
Actually, anime in general might be a target because there are people -- non-fans -- who claim that anime characters look like children. "Having the appearance of children" is one of the criteria they're using. Know what I mean?
I'm at work and I don't want the nanny filter here picking up that I visited WFI's blogspot site. :-)
well said .Still I think they should first study the real anime before they actually protest to take the site down ...I think in America they always based their opinion on assumption then actual fact , hope this does not offense whoever living in America and know the actual anime....
