So I've got a batch of ginger beer fermenting. The recipe calls for letting it sit like that for 24 hours, then bottle.
What to do though, give it a stirr first, or try to get as little of the sediment in the bottles as possible, I'll take another two weeks on the bottle to finish fermenting, so I'd be inlcined to take it sediment and all.
Anybody got experience with this?
