so i'm on some stuff.. like xenadrine and fish oil...
anyway.. so at the gym today i ran
5 min at 5 miles per hour
5 min at 6 miles per hour
5 min at 7 miles per hour
5 min at 8 miles per hour
and 2 min at 9 miles per hour.
that's a little progress.. but the thing that surprised me was that i wasn't burnt out...
and i worked out a little..
then tonight, i grappled.. and yeah, i was gasping for air but i went the hardest i think i ever went and man.. i was kinda surprised at how much endurance i had late in practice..
my initial weight at the gym was 149 even.. tahts' like 3 to 4 pounds lower than i usually weigh after a normal day at the sauna.. i wish i could gauge the progress by what i see.. but yeah, the belly is still there.. the backfat is ridiculous.. .blah.
anyway.. i hope i perform better come march 19th.
oh and you... I miss you.
