Just wanted to post and see how everyone's doing. And for those that I wish that I would've kept in contact with, just want to let you guys know how I'm doing.
As some of you may know, I moved to Illinois around six months ago. I'm doing fine. I've gone through a lot of changes in my life during the past six months. I work for Crown Zeller USA(part of Crown Cork & Seal Co.). I've been working here for almost six months, and so far, so good. I'm one of 3 schedulers there. We manufacture different types of closure caps. I place orders on our Manufacturing Schedule, so they can be produced. We manufacture parts for Procter & Gamble, Colgate, L'oreal, Unilever and others. It's been great there, especially since my co-workers are really cool. I'm also going to school part-time. Hmmm..... lemme see. I don't play Street Fighter or DDR anymore or.... pretty much any video game ;\ I guess it's because I don't have the people here that make them fun, and with a busy schedule I wouldn't really have much time for it anyway. Working 45-50 hours weekly and school helps me keep my mind busy and not get homesick heh. Oh yeah, I also took some of Leo's advice, stuck to it, and since I've been here, I've lost more than 60 lbs. Not bad for 6 months huh? Hmmmm what else. oh yeah, we have an indoor soccer team at my job and we play every wednesday. So far we're 0-3 ;\ but it's still fun. All this stuff is what's kept me busy in the past few months. I still don't have a PC, hence my absence online ;\ But, now that I'm going to school, I'll be able to check more often. Well let me know how you guys are doing. The only internet access I have, that I check every day is my e-mail kenny.guerra@crowncork.com I check my e-mail M-F and I'll try to check ddrfreak every other day or so. Oh BTW, I'll be in Cali Labor Day Weekend.... yep 7 months away but it's better than nothing. Hope times fly. Take care everyone.
