This Could Be Anywhere
As some of you know, I have my new apartment in Salford Quays. Its an awesome place, I live with wolfybaby and kiffy and we all get on pretty well, a few problems in here with the bathroom but it can be dealt with. But we have been waiting for the internet for 5 months now, TALK TALK are WANK WANK as they didn't fulfil their side of the deal including sending the router on time and then when it came, they said we didn't go live for almost a month later. Fuck that, we went to SKY instead and got phone, internet and Sky HD box.
So with SKY I have been able to watch the World Cup in HD. Still cant get how France and Italy went out so early but hey thats football drama for you. England yet again had nothing to them, no class, no spirit, no pride, the team selection was crap. Why didn't they take Walcott or Lennon as either of them would have been able to run circles around the defence.
I recently was forced to walk out of my job after only a month and a half in because of verbal abuse from the managers. Literally since day one, they put pressure on me even though I only have a few hours training to use the e-commerce system. I enjoyed talking with customers as there were a few who want to take me out for a drink because I was such a diamond geezer in their eyes. The real kick in the balls, is that they made me hire my own replacement after 3 weeks into the job. When I knew there was a problem with something, I went to the manager to tell them the problem and they tried to shout the same thing back at me and told me what to do that then made the situation even worse, in which I got the blame even though they told me to do it. My replacement is a nice guy but he instantly said that the job was a joke and that I was amazing for taking on 3 peoples jobs. The company are misleading in what they want, they wanted a photographer but also a web master, receptionist, order processor, customer service and data entry clerk, yet they yelled at me when I feel behind.... What do you expect with all this work.
Had a few interviews with big companies including SAGE but didn't get the job but I have been lined up for many other jobs.
Also got a call from my old guitarist from my band Ear To The Ground and we are getting back together to write new material, he has about 10 songs ready to play but need lyrics which I am awesome at doing. We are great together and write some awesome material. We are going for a Nickleback idea so a mix of ballads and metal but better (I dont like Nickleback). So lets see what happens.
