Getting things ready for HRPT 2017....
Hot Rod Power Tour 2016 was a lot of fun....in fact, so much fun, I have pre-registered for the 2017 Power Tour. The vacation time has been scheduled. This time, instead of the Crown Victoria, I decided to register the F150 for this year's tour. Now, I need to find the list of things that need done, add to it, and cross off what is done on the list.
Last year, it started in Gonzales, LA (Between New Orleans and Baton Rouge) and crossed through Houston, Austin, Dallas, OKC, ICT, and ended at the Kansas Speedway in KC. This year, it will start at a yet-to-be-announced location in KC and go north into Iowa, cross into Illinois, back south to Saint Louis, into Indy, and ending in Bowling Green, KY.
The Crown Vic is needing some work as well, and parts for it have been ordered, which is why I don't plan to take it on this year's tour. It will be plan B if something were to happen with the truck.
