I have no idea what just happened. Maybe it was my month of changing up my exercise routine. Maybe it was going to the gym earlier. Maybe it was the raucous screams of Wayne Static blasting in my ear insuring my need for a hearing aid by the time I'm 30. Whatever it was I just had far and away the best trip to the gym in my entire life. The hour FLEW by and I'm lifting SIGNIFICANTLY more than I did my last trip. I guess something in me was like...hey, you're not pushing yourself as hard as you can. And I don't even think I pushed myself super hard today either which is the exciting part. I'm already benching 200 for about 3 reps so I figure I could easily have a one rep max of 210 therefore I may need to modify that resolution. And I did 7 reps of 270 lbs on the upright chest press which was something I always thought to be laughable and a near impossibility for someone of my frame. Clearly I was just not giving myself enough credit. Look out Ronie Coleman, here I come. (google it and be disgusted. hahahaha.)
