Arizona, you are so adorable. I've had days like that, where it seems that every time I try to clean up the mess, I just make an even bigger mess. But at least she got some good cookies out of the deal.
I'm glad they aren't fighting anymore. I don't like fighting.
Arizona is just too adorable for words!! I'm happy it turned out this way, I was prepared for some yelling and angry tears and maybe hurtful words from both of them. They still need to talk but this seemed to maybe set the path for a more amicable talk hopefully.
Callie's vulnerability broke my heart. I can't imagine the frustration she must feel at times. Wanting to be with Arizona, wanting to support her, help her but Arizona not letting her in. Watching someone you care about hurt while you stand there and feel helpless but at the same time from Arizona's side she has so much to contend with, her injuries, her emotional state, finding herself again, being in a relationship. They are in a very sticky mess but this kind of felt like a turning point..Maybe I'm wrong, although they didn't discuss what they probably should have it felt like a step in the right direction
Thanks for posting! And I'm super looking forward to more.
They definitely needed to break the ice, and I think Arizona's man-made disaster accomplished that nicely. ;)
It's definitely the beginning of a turning point, but you'll see in coming chapters that it'll take a little more for things to really shift for them. (*insert ominous music here*)
Thanks for commenting! :) I'll get a new chapter up after my move is fully over.
Aww, they're so freaking adorable! I love that Callie didn't even now what to say about the kitchen disaster so she just kissed her :D Cue me, squeeing!
Hee! Thanks. :D The idea of Arizona's attempt at baking turning into a snowballing disaster was way too good to pass up. (I picture her as a bit of a natural klutz, even without the crutches...)

Loved the way you incorporated canon Arizona lines into her conversation with Callie there at the end.
And was it wrong that I squealed in delight when I saw an update? Because I did.

Nothing wrong with squealing, hehe. I appreciate the enthusiasm. :) Thanks for reading!
