I was going to go to S.F. today but it was still too rainy out. I'm going to go this week some time though.
Yesterday was really nice. I walked by the creek by the park. Man it was beautiful. Because it's been raining a lot, it's full of water. I stood there for a bit to listen to it flow. The best things in life are really free.
After, I went to the landmark home I go to every year. It was so nice this year and there were a ton of people who came even though it was raining out. In one room there was three women singing carols and playing the piano. Of course I had to join. I forget how much I miss singing. I stayed there for a bit then I toured the rest of the house. Got some cookies and cider. Talked to a few docents and then ventured home. I think as long as I can walk up the steps to get to that house, I'll be there every Xmas if they have it open. Such a wonderful thing to do every year.
