Impressive, your subconscious.

If it's any consolation, at least it's more coherent and not silly like my pirate crocodiles dream. XD

Pirate crocodiles! That sounds a lot more interesting (not to mention creative!). I mean who needs coherent if they can have pirate crocodiles?

It's not that good. There's a lot of swords waving and tails thrashing and me being backed into a corner with only a carrot to protect myself, while my family's sneaking around, trying to find the hidden treasure...

Must be too much Peter Pan or something.

Unless it was a bunch of vegetarian crocodiles, I can see why a carrot might not have made you feel too safe ;).

Mutilated dead bodies? *shudders* I'm grateful I've never had such gory dreams. And yeah, what's with the elevators? It reminded me of a dream I had when I was... seven? I was inside an elevator on its way down and there was the shadow of splayed hands on the opaque glass of the doors on every floor as if someone was following me on my way down. It was pretty creepy, no wonder it stuck in my memory.

Anyway. Here's to you having nicer dreams from now on! :-)

*shudders back*
Elevators turn up all the time for me - strange, isn't it? But that hand sounds intimidating too.
And considering that I'm right now moaning about cramps, it'll be a month before the next gory dream, I guess... but they don't always spook me that much :).

Yeah, I've had my share of dream bunnies before, and it's lovely when that happens! But I don't quite feel like writing Star Wars or bad Alien ripoffs (not with a HP moster deadline looming in four days, drat!).

It stole four hours of my sleep, the bloody thing!

Just treat the old bod with anything it wants then :).

Ready to take in the beauty of fall now! :)

You do that, love ;).

... can you get out of the elevators when you want to??? In past dreams of mine, they would never stop on the right floor or go into free-fall -- not a nice feeling. :-( I will tell you the rest in an e-mail if you care to hear it that is. But it is funny I was going to talk about some re-occurring night mares of mine on the other side, just had that thought earlier today. Weird....

Well, yes, they stop all the time. Well, if they're not moving to the roof of the building, or go down to spooky cellars. But I usually try to evade some people, and take the next one around the corner. It's more a matter of being *afraid* it would go into free fall than it actually doing it. Yup, I always want to hear details!
