Fanreport: 9nine (Kawashima Umika) New single release event July 22 @Hiroshima
I was arrived in Alice Garden, 9nine live venue in Hiroshima about 16.10. I saw some of oldman and some of men that I assume they are 9nine's big fan, since they bring many supporting goods. I stand in the front of stage, the closest point from stage. The stage is small enough. Then, suddenly, 9nine appear from the right side of the stage! I was surprised because the event supposed to be started at 17.30. But when 9nine appear in stage, my eyes just focus to see Umika, and I am still can't believe "Is she Umika? Is she a true Umika? Am I dreaming?". Because UMIKA is very cute! It's really different from TV, very cute, beautiful, I am speechless. Then, 9nine sing "Natsu Wanna Say Love You". No, they were not singing it until the end. I just realized that for rehearsal only. Because after that, they talked to staff like "the background music is too slow" or like "we are fine to dance in this stage". Other members are cute too, really. But my eyes can't separate with Umika. Actually, UMIKA IS SMALL and SHORT! /kicked by Umika. After rehearsal, they greet the fans, at that time, the fans were still a few, so I was easily get Umika attention. Moreover I bring CALPIS, then I wear Bloody Monday clothes. Umika is smiling at me while pointing Calpis and my clothes. I AM DYING!
Then, Chapon said "Everyone, please wait a while until 17.30, we will do LIVE here!". Then they going to backstage again. Still one hour again until 17.30. The weather is so hot, and I decided to sit in the floor, I don't care if the floor is dirty or not. Then a Japanese boy greet me, we talked a lot. He is first grade of senior high school, and I find he is so cute..XD I teach him English, and he asked many things about Indonesia. At least, I have a friend to kill the time.
The Stage
17.30, 9nine entered the stage again, they greet us like "KONNICHIWA!". Kanae speaking a bit like "Hiroshima, yoroshiku, let's get excited today!". Then they sang the first song "Natsu wanna say love you". Again,my eyes were just focus to Umika. Umika is really rare do contact with fans when perform. Different with Chapon (Sayaka), she like waving us, smiling and seeing fans' eyes. Or maybe I can say Chapon has warmer aura. Kanae and Uki are also like that. After this song, they did introduction session, started from Kanae, Murata, Uki, Umika, then last is Chapon. When Umika introduce herself, her voice is very soft, very elegant and beautiful, and I shouted "KAWAII!" right after her introduction. Chapon is very spiritful! Her voice is loud, and said like "Everyone, do you excited!?", and we shout like "OH!", and Chapon repeat that question until 3 times to make our tension increasing. Chapon was also said that Hiroshima is her hometown and she feel very happy can do live here. After that, Umika said "The next song is "Shining Star". I like that song, very happy to hear and see them live with that song. I danced a lot together with other fanboys (laugh). I don(t want to be defeated with old men who dance very spiritful!
After that, they talked again. At this time, they talked about Hiroshima-dialect. Since Chapon's hometown is Hiroshima, Umika asked her to do some Hiroshima-dialect. Chapon said like "Sore ha suitsu jyanai, jyaro? (That's is not suit, right?)". The point of Hiroshima-dialect is "Jyaro", it's same with "Daro" in Tokyo and "Yaro" in Osaka. Chapon is also introduce "Jyakke". one word of typical Hiroshima-dialect. Jyakke is like Dakara. Then, Chapon show the "Jyakke" pose. I can't explain it since my English is limited..TT Then, every 9nine members follow Chapon to do Jyakke pose, that's very cute, moreover Umika! Then, Kanae said for the next song. The next song is one of coupling song in their new single. The song is Wonderful World. Kanae and Chapon said that they have request to us. They want us to wave our hands when the chorus of the song.

After the third song, Umika said like "After this will be the last song, one again, we will sing Natsu wanna say love you". Then all fans said like "EEEEEEEHHHHHH". Umika replied "We want to sing more, but there isn't enough time". Then Chapon like "Hiroshima, let's get excited until the end!!YEYYYYY". Then fans not reply it directly for a while, after 5-7 seconds, fans replied "OH!!!". Chapon said "That's very Hiroshima-ish, when I was senior high school, I kinda experience this thing too, when I said [OHHH!!], the other students not reply me directly, but 5-6 seconds after, they replied me [OH!!]". Chapon said about the song too, how the song is very suitable for summer, and so on. In the end of the live event, they announce they will be held their first concert in Tokyo at September 10, 2011. I feel so sad, because I can't come since I would go back to Indonesia at September 1, well if my problem has solved at that time.
We were commanded to move since Handshake event would be doing at Koubunkan (CD/DVD store). Not far from Alice Garden, so I walked with my junior. We make line to get handshake with all 9nine's members. not so many people which is makes me very happy, because I we can handshake with long time. I feel so nervous and doki2 when I in line.I talked to my junior like "What's words that I have to say when I shake her hands?". And finally my turn! I was gave antiseptic first for my hand before doing handshake with 9nine members.
First handshake with UKI!
I said it directly, "I enjoyed the event today! I come from Indonesia!"
then Uki replied me with smile "REALLY!? Thank you for come here from far place, I wanna go to Indonesia too!",
I reply her again "You can go to Bali, I will guide you yo!",
Uki replied, "Really!? Arigatou!", she still hold my hands tightly when I go to the next member. Very warm aura.
Second handshake with Murata! The chibi-est member. She is very cheerful.
I said "I enjoyed it Today!"
Murata replied me "Arigatou!!"
I said again "I am Indonesian"
She replied with shock face "MAJI!? HONMA!?"
Her shock face is very cute. She seems don't want release my hands too, besides I have moved to the next member..XD
I hate the staff, because the member still want talk with me, but the staff has pushed me to the next member. GRRR~
Third member, Kanae!
When I shake her hands, she said "Arigatou" with smiling face immediately.
I said to her "From now on, Please do your best!"
She said "Arigatou!"
Then I replied again, "I am Indonesian yo!"
Kanae show me her shock face, and said "Please come to Japan again if you have chance ne!"
FINALLY, my favorite member, UMIKA-chan!!!!
Umika grabbed my hands immediately with her both hands. She grabbed it, then while I stare her eyes, I said "Umika-chan, meccha daisuki (I am really like you)". I CAN'T IMAGINE HOW RED MY FACE AT THAT TIME, I AM VERY DOKI2, WHY I CONFESS IN FRONT OF UMIKA??
While still holding my hands, Umika stare my eyes, she didn't speak for some seconds, but finally she said with smile widely [Arigatou]. Then she notice my clothes again. She said "AH! SUGOI!". I said "Yes, bloody monday. Datte, Watashi ha Umika-chan no daifan desu". She said "Arigatou" again. Then I said "I like you since I am in Indonesia, I am Indonesian". Then she replied me again, with shock face but i know she is very happy "REALLY!? ARIGATOU! Please come to Japan again ne!". Then staff pushed me to move to next member, Umika's face like still want chat with me, And you know, UMIKA hold my hands since the first time when we start talking until the time when I would move to the next member. I won't wash my hand today, I promise. I am still feel her warm hands....AAAAAAAAA
The last member, Chapon aka Sayaka!
As usual, Chapon is very spiritful. She said "Arigatou" while holding my hands,
Then I replied "Chapon, okaeri!"
Chapon replied, "Arigatou!"
I said "I am Indonesian yo!"
Chapon replied "Really!? I feel happy!"
Then I said again "Even though I am in Indonesia later, I am still give support to you ne! ganbatte kudasai!"
Chapon said, "Hontou ni arigatou!"
The end of handshake.
I am really feel nervous, especially when I talk with Umika...OMG.
Johnnys never do something like this, dakara I feel relaly happy to become 9nine's fans.
After handshake, staff take our video and picture. Maybe my face would be appear in Lespros charity event video, or 9nine's DVD later..XDDD
The most favorite thing is all event are FREE! You just need one type of single to participate in Handshake event. but Live event is purely FREE.
