so like it's NO SECRET that my love for kris has suffered recently, and with it my love for kris ships, but NOW... reading this... :< one of the reasons krisyeol and i have kinda broken up is cause my ship fondness relied heavily on kris the Duizhang, and once duizhang was gone i didn't rly understand it anymore?? but YOU. YOU. strike a wonderful balance between kris-boyfriend-candidate-#1 and kris-loser-#0, so we are 100% in agreement with chanyeol when he feels like WHO THE HELL IS THIS EMBARRASSING GUY, I LIKE /THIS/ GUY? but then we also get WHY chanyeol'd like him, someone who has an impenetrable sense of humor, ridiculously low energy half the time, but someone who's ultimately also honest, considerate, open with his sweetness and insecurity despite the overall stiffness, maybe someone who isn't a guy i can see leading chanyeol around anymore but definitely someone i can see walking comfortably alongside him

i mean The awe Chanyeol had first felt at Kris' stature and subtle charisma had petered out fairly quickly, eroded away by Kris' lame jokes and turtle-like reaction time, but it was like unwrapping fountain pen case to find an ordinary ballpoint. Not as sleek or shiny, but still good, and in some ways, better-more reliable and relatable, for sure.
i don't have anything to say about this it's just very :< yr krisyeol is so charming :< i reluctantly enjoy them again :< reluctantly :<

if Kris hadn't been 187cm with rosebud lips, good skin and a really smooth voice, in all likelihood Chanyeol wouldn't have given the guy a second glance. us too

Kris quietly mired himself in when he was in a mood too self-aware for even his platinum-strength sense of irony? what a great line, srsly you have the clearest understanding of kris i've seen in these tumultuous post-growl times

random but i also rly like the way you communicate and incorporate language boundaries, tao's stilted korean, the chinese side-convos chanyeol isn't privy to, it's all very organic and i like it a lot

ok i realized i haven't actually commented on the plot, i dunno i feel like it goes w/o saying that you handled it well, pcy's history and past informs his character but doesn't overwhelm it, i rly like chanyeol in this wahh ;~; tysm for writing, sry this comment ended on this kind of underwhelming note but..... ♥!!!!!!

how obvious was it that chanyeol in this was basically my avatar in epitomizing my kris feelings? i fell for duizhang kris too and miss him so much; no one is more ashamed than i am that despite kris basically cutting up that image with a pair of rusty shears, i am still... so... stupidly attached....... even more so, probably. if i could even re-evoke a modicum of that affection in you, colorfunk, i am just so thankful ;;;;;;;;;A;;;;;;;;; YOUR RELUCTANT ENJOYMENT IS MORE THAN I COULD HAVE ASKED FOR LOL
