Mehhhh
So i am done with classes for today! woop woop.
The bad news is my night class was only cancelled because we are supposed to go downtown at the Urban Institute for Creative Arts for a speaker :) I want to go but I have to either 1. drive down there and waste gas and have to deal with the usual city driving and parking limitations, or 2. take the bus for free but then have to walk around downtown GR at night all by myself.
Okay, I guess the options arent too bad. But damnit! I hate driving downtown for one, and yes, even though GR is relatively safe for the most part, I do not like walking around big cities at night by myself. It is one thing that kinda scares me--the idea of me, an innocent, weak little girl unable to thwart enemies walking all alone at night with wierd people and scary big guys all around....gives me the heebie jeebies. Especially since where I have to go is south on division.... hahahaha Maybe I could stand on the corner and make some money on the way home. Hahahahahaha
Ahhh.....i wish she could have just spoken at GV, it would make things so much easier....
I gave my presentation today in Japanese culture. I think it went well enough. It was about 15 minutes, and then afterwards we had a discussion that took too long and we were unable to do the other presentation, so I was the only one to present today. Ooops. My presenation was about department stores in Japan. It was very interesting!! :)
