Whoosh!

Ah, how easily jokes about moving to Canada or any other country sail right over some people's heads. ^o^ After at least three consecutive elections where people have famously threatened to move to Canada if their candidate of choice did not win, I'm surprised anyone took that seriously ( Read more... )

I miss the fandom of a year ago, or at least 6 months ago. It understood sarcasm much better. =_=

I saw a book at the bookstore the other day entitled '100 Things White People Like" and the random page I flipped to had sections on musicals, golf, and 'threatening to move to Canada'. So true, so true. :B

I kinda do want to send them a card to send to Himaruya. And maybe I'll throw in a 'Eric is King' and a large American flag with it. XD

Same here -- now it almost seems to be constantly looking for an excuse to whine.

I kind of want to do that as well ^_^ I have zero art skills, but I can at least write "ERIC IS KING" on a card, I suppose.

What the hell happened? We used to get bitchy over a couple things, but there was never so much wank as there is now. ._. Why do all good fandoms die? It happened to the ATLA fandom and now it's happening here.

I wonder if Himaruya will even look at them all...

Was I the only one thinking for that video they only made it America themed because they went out and bought a bunch of 4th of July decorations on clearance on the 5th? XD

I think I had heard about it in the beginning of '09, but it was only from crazy shippers, and the concept of people shipping countries weirded me out a little. An even after I entered the fandom, it took me a while to warm up to the idea of shipping.
