Even though most of the posts you see here are RP posts from a while ago, this is mainly a personal journal, and there are plenty of posts even within the time frame that I was with the RP group the RP posts correspond to that pertain to life and lulz.
I'm pretty open about friends; however, given that there are friending bots that pop up every so often, I merely ask that you introduce yourself or otherwise indicate that you are in fact not a friending bot here (unless you count, for example, Aigis and Labrys as friending bots, in which case, you're humanlike enough), in another post or in one of the friending memes I'm a part of. However, chances are I will add you back, especially if we at least have something in common.

I'm a 30-year-old "man" from the USA. I'm currently working for a living and doing a rather poor job of studying Japanese, German and Finnish. No, I can't decide which one I want to study more than the others. I lived in Korea for 5 months and Japan for roughly a year. I enjoy acting (including voice acting), singing, making crack Youtube videos, sport and foreign cultures and languages. I hope to one day go abroad again, this time for a longer period of time.
As for fandoms, here are just a few:
Hetalia, SMT/Persona, Gravitation, Pasila, Loveless, most game shows, Monty Python, Haruhi Suzumiya, Lucky*Star, Rurouni Kenshin, Durarara!!, Vocaloid, Star Driver, Sket Dance.
Also, I am also a devout Haruhiist and may attempt to convert you to save your soul from an eternity in closed space.
A word of caution, though: I am American. Any Hetalia fan knows that this means I cannot read the atmosphere. Please keep this in mind.
