My feet are cold....
Chevron didn't happen.. sigh. I still feel good about it though. I managed to be in the last two candidates, and considering the other person had 15+ years of project administration experience, I take great compliment in the fact that they had a hard time choosing which one of us to employ. They have said they will keep my details and let me know if something else comes up that may be of interest to me.
I had another interview today. It was for a recruitment consultant at a small agency in Leederville. It looks pretty good, and the interview seemed to go well, so we shall see what happens there. Again, I don't think I will be overly bothered which way it goes. Perhaps I am just too confident in the knowledge that I will get myself a kick-arse job.
Went to the gym for the first time in ages on Monday; I nearly died. I did a RPM class, I was close to passing out. Had to take it very easy in the class, and they came up after to make sure I was ok. I think a lot of it had to do with the lack of sleep I had over the three prior days. I went again yesterday, and while it was still a challenge, I didn't get all light-headed and dizzy, which is a good thing.
I need a job and a hot body. well, I want them both. Sigh, why can't they just happen *snaps fingers*, nope... sigh...
