Главное помнить, что оно есть и не воспринимать все сказанное буквально. В общем, любопытный образец мнения простого белого американца с мидвеста...

what can i say? we have morons in america too. u know, they r free to go back to germany anytime.

If he is moron, then morons are significant part of US population. Too significant to disregard them as marginals. Typical white from low middle class, republican party base. And smart enough to see that both parties are crooks, here I am totally agree with him. Just look at blue dogs...
And I think it is rather we free to go back to our country if we do not like typical americans than they free to go to some country their ancestors came from.
And come on, do you really need any court decision to blame republicans in private if you wish?
As for me, I don not share his ideas, since The Nation seems not leftist enough for me :) But my personal experience with this guy, including working with him hard for a while, tells me he is a nice, helpful, and keeps his word. So I do not care what he thinks about dems, firearms and foreign policy.
