Good News for Molly!!
Well after 9 months of 4-day chemo treatments every 30 days; Molly's weight is up and we'll take her off chemo after another 2 treatments. She'll still need prednisilone every other day but less pills is always better.
Found an alternative food for her that she likes. EVO brand grain-free fish protein and veggies food. Since the small cell lymphoma was caused by an intestinal allergy, the more allergic food I can rule out the better.
She's leaving her toasty whelping bed by the heater and venturing as far as the den for attention. She's even sat and looked out the living room windows. I'm so glad she's feeling a little better. I blame myself for forgetting to work on her food allergy while tending to Ditto's needs in his final years. I'm Italian, of course I feel guilty.
But for now I will try to enjoy her improved health and make it as pleasurable for her as possible.
