Wonderful Weekend
I am so satisfied right now with my weekend that it's quite bizarre! I'm sick but Work, Duathlon, and Mystery Tour were all super fun! Tonight I found numerous random photos on my computer which are all amazing, especially the ones I will post!
Does anyone have any idea where that could be taken? It's beautiful...

Friday after a long day with the sore throat, I worked the 4hr shift which was good mostly because Steph came to visit me!
On Saturday I worked again, except for 6hrs and this time with a runny nose, sore throat, and puffy eyes! Everyone was sick, and I brought Kleenex's for the Fitting Room Staff! No visiters, which was somewhat of a relief, because last weekend Meredith and Caitlin showed up with their "Rock Star" Makeup and Hair, and jumped out from behind clothes rack right when I was talking to the Manager. Thanks guys, but I would prefer not to get fired! We visited the Shoe Area lots! Came home, ate, and then Slept!
Woke up at 6:45am on Sunday to get ready for the brutal duathlon. For those of you who don't know what a duathlon is, its when you first of all run 4.4km, then bike 18km, and then run another 4.4km. It takes most people under 2hrs, but its a long time of intense exercise! I was lucky to have finished, and when I finally did, I was almost dead! Connor wasn't even tired. We ate food, tryed to win prizes, I got my medal--2nd Female 16-19, and then rushed home to eat, shower and pack before Mystery Tour 04!
After getting to school just on time, the bus was 30mins late, so we waited patiently. Surprisingly, we ended up at Camp Narnia, which I am still convinced is similar to the Wizard of Oz. Got our Faun's Cabin, and split into teams! I was apart of the spanish team, which was my one line of spanish mangled a bit, Team Fuego, with the other part as our cheer! We went into Hazardina, which was superb, although I sucked at all of them! Met everyone back at the cabins, sloopy discusting dinner, and then Britney Spears dancing with the flashlight and broom, singing as loud as possible! Finally, the campfire--my favorite part. We sang and danced about to the lame songs, which I officially love, and then many people played the guitar and the rest of us attempted to sing along! Didn't work so well, but it was an enjoyable time! Our cabin was completely exhausted, and cold, so we went to bed early.
Today, we were awoken by some ridiculous bell at 7am, ate breakfast, and then seperated for group activities! We got to build some massive fort for "Team Building" but really it was tiring and pointless. It was probably the least enjoyable thing, worse than the dinner, and thats saying something. Then to make the day even better, we went for a run, with the little tiny amount of food we had been given in our stomachs. We weren't happy campers at all. Before lunch in the cabin the fun definately started! Erica and Emily had a little competition, and I was the broadcaster outside the cabin! Erica wanted to kill me, but it was hilarious. We had a very good lunch of pizza, and then we packed all our stuff up for the bus ride home! Sang as loud as possible in the back to numerous songs including Bohemian Rhapsody by Queen! Figures my voice is almost gone now, and the voice on the bus was classic!
All in All, the weekend was really fun, and I had a blast! This was quite the long post, but I'm sick and tired so I'm off now....
