(no subject)
Hello kids, I know I know. It's been a while since I've updated. I have been a very,very busy girl. Everyday I have something to do, such as: study, softball, or something of that nature. In 7short Days I will be finished with my first year in collge. I have some mixed emotions, but mostly the thought brings a huge :) to my face. This 1st year of college has been a long and grueling process. The softball team went 0-12, but we did play some good games, to have 6 freshman in the starting line-up. Next semester should be much better though. I will be taking alot of Math classes, which should be too hard on me. I will also be taking the second education class that is offered here at good ol' ALC. I have applied for the assistant workhead job at the radio station, but who is to say if I will get it. I hope I do though, because if so that is $500 I won't have to pay the school. About two weeks ago I filled out my FAFSA, and boy was my EFC (estimated family contribution) high. Since my EFC had increased so much, I have to pay the school about $200 more dollars, that is some crazy stuff. Get this, to go to ALC I will have to pay $1400 a semester...ALC kids, ALC. This price just baffles me. Well, in 7 days I will be in EC for the summer, and I can't wait. I'm sure EC holds a promising summer for me. I need a summer job, if anyone has any suggestions feel free to leave them for me.
