Ghenghis has a mate, Cleo. They have claimed a little corner of the living room and snip when anyone goes near it. Odd.

The fight with Akutsu, talking with Seiichi and drinking with Renji helped clear my head a bit. Although, it had been rather odd; Renji and I were surrounded by people far older than us. A group of older women picked up our tab. Embarrassing.
I was being stupid. I kind of know why, though I don't care to admit it. Mostly I was jealous for no reason. In part I felt caged. That was groundless as well.
