So, since I'm really going to try (again) to spend this summer getting healthy, I might as well post about it here. Since last Friday, I've been working out for about an hour, almost every other day. Allergies have kind of interfered with this, but I want to get up to an hour workout every other day, and at least a two-mile walk every day other than that.
Last week's total: 90 minutes of high impact aerobics, 97 minutes of low impact aerobics, 20 minutes of stretching, 3 minutes of jumping rope, and 30+ minutes of combined aerobic dance in 90 minutes of housework, for a total calories burned of 3,552, or just a little over 1 lb. When I get home (and finish eating any perishable carbs/fruit), I'm re-starting the South Beach Diet. Current weight: 254. Current loss: 1 lb. Measurements unavailable, since I lost my tape measure.
I'm going to go do more dance/cleaning.
