Waking up without pain was like a dream come true, he figured. The bruises he'd been healing over the past couple weeks were only aggravated by sleeping on the floor when Hakuba insisted on babysitting him. Right now, however, he was nice and comfortable, completely pain free. even his arm was perfectly fine.

Hakuba could feel a warm body next to him but that was nothing very unusual for him. If he wasn't as tired as he was he would noticed the different between the lithe body of his girlfriend and Heji's one, more strong and a way less curvy. He been working all night on the laboratory with Moriarty's new body and then checking the information Doyle researched until he crawled back to home to catch some sleep. Now he sighed, ot openign his eyes,mumbled something about it being cold and wrapped his arms around his partner, snuggling closer.

...okay, that was new. even for a cozy sleep. How often did arms just randomly wrap around him?

The mystery of it did actually make him pull out of his sleep, and he blinked open his eyes. It took him several seconds to register who it was, where he was (that bed DID feel familiar after all), and that as comfortable as he was, things were definitely wrong.

There was no reason he should be cuddling with Hakuba when he HAD been in Osaka, not Tokyo!

He tensed up and stared at Hakuba, almost holding his breath.

Hakuab barely noticed the body tensing next to him, he was dead to the world. He turned over again, sleeping on his stomach now, blond hair sprayed across the pillow.

Heiji swallowed hard and forced himself to relax, his discomfort levels high. Why. Hakuba? This had to be a community thing. There was no explanation why he wouldn't remember coming here. Or why he would sleep with Hakuba.

Oh god, he didn't...

He slid a hand forward to Hakuba's chest to see if he was clothed.
