Underground is Love

I took an on-line personality test and the assesment was pretty much true.

The negative-neutral ones first:
a. I value loyalty a fair amount.
b. I am loyal to my friends to a point.
c. I do value getting my way, no matter what. (This is so true.)
d. I don't really value honesty.
e. My needs always come first, no matter what.
f. I'll help someone else...
g. If it helps me in return. (Theory of Moral Sentiments, anyone?)

The positive ones:
a. I have the self-confidence to be happy with who I am.
b. I don't need to seek praise to make myself feel better.
c. I am very modest keeping keep the drama factor low.

Whoah, the negative ones are twice the number of the good ones. But rest assured, I'm no bitch.

After the Samaskom-Astring O Sol party, I've turned myself into a fan of underground muisc and fashion. Top Junk impressed me in a way that no other mainstream band can't do. For one, Tuesday Vargas is a good reason to listen to their music. Her wit. Her charms. Makes me want to kiss her at the cheeks. The lyrics of he original composition is so real. It's so human. Not the supericial type of songs about love and heartbreak and Korean cooking drama. The songs they sing dwell on human activities like Cyber Surrender about internet addiction (which I'm guilty about), then there's Di Na Magdaramdam which overtly discusses sex. You can check them at www.myspace.com/topjunk.

Then there's Giniling Festival. OMG I love love love them. They played a new song called Holdaper where in the middle of the song, they'll ask you to raise your right hand and make an oath I will never be a holdaper because they are ugy and they eat a long pause, strike the guita and at the top o the lungs the vocalist would scream tae tae tae.

And the fashion show by new budding artist is hot. No questions about that.
