I know Ratatosk hates him-- Richter already told me that much. But I... I was hoping that he'd listen to reason instead of going ahead with his plans.

[Well, Emil already knows the truth about just who and what he is thanks to Richter, so it's not going to come as much of a shock to him at all.]
