acting is much more real than real life

the title is from a book but it applies to today
everyone expects you to act a certain way

it seems like I am always figuring out which way i am supposed to act around which people.
Which people are too full of shit to accept new ideas in a casual conversation.

acting is easy because they tell you how to act and you don't have to gage their reaction while using small comments to slowly break out of indifference.

Today I spoke to someone so unintelligent and uninteresting that letting the situation last as long as it did was an act of vulgarity.
But sometimes there is nothing better when someone frowns in response to the several times you speak honestly.

I guess real feelings are hard to come by. During casual conversation it is always fake, while acting is nearly real. Deeper conversation is the closest to having real feelings but there is always some casual nature to it.
To sum it up everything is so fake and no-one agrees and no one will ever understand anything you say, and indifference will always make you seem brain dead to the people who actually are and ...so...on....
