"Conflagration" accepted by Newport Review

I'm very pleased to announce that the online literary journal Newport Review will publish my story "Conflagration" in its Spring/Summer issue.

"Conflagration" was one of my two Clarion submission stories. The other was "Liza's Home," which is in the current issue of GUD. And while I encourage y'all to shell out the modest price for a copy of GUD #5 (worth every penny!), Newport Review is free, so you've no excuse not to read the story.

Newport Review is edited by the splendid writer Kathryn Kulpa, and has featured some exquisite stories. I'm honored and flattered to be in their company.
