I'm in a good mood. I love my family. I love my friends. I love sushi for my mom's 50th birthday and chilling in my room playing guitar and teaching my sister about harmonics with my brother and sister's boyfriend and eventually get in a heated debate for 3 hours. Good times.
Anyway, finally an Italy update:
Landed in Belgium. Sweet grafiti.
Sweet buildings too.
There were so many pubs to choose from. I chose this one.
When we got into florence, our appartment was beaaautiful and such a huge living room/kitchen. Good times to be had here:
The supermarket was 2 floors. It was pretty much bottom floor=meat, top floor=vegs
Big doors there...
Some nice bridges.
And some nice places to climb down and under them.
Sure there were cool buildings, but whatever...
1 Euro for a glass of wine.
I found out that I like taking pictures, however not good or interesting they may be.
Everyone drove these:
We found a hill in Florence just walking around and decided to travel up it.
The sun set and we were still walking up the giant hill. I got this one picture that I loooove here:
Joe got attacked by a mime:
We climbed to the top of the duomo or whatever it's called and I found out I have a fear of heights.
But that's my brother, me, my sister, and my mom.
Oh yeah, there was some art there too.
TUSCANY TIME! SIENALUNGA BABY.
This was the view from our second appartment, the one in sienalunga.
Nice jug of wine, mike.
OMG I GOT SOOOOOOO DRUNK
Heather washing her face from a fresh spring brook. The water was so warm and clean.
My sister's boyfriend Joe is a daredevil. Or an idiot.
Fresh spring in the middle of the town.
The signs never lied either.
We bought about 15 bottles of wine from this dude.
ROME:
We left fun stuff for the waiters instead of tips.
Anyway, Rome is pretty much a big, old, out of proportion version of new york city.
But we found some cool market places
Cool trees and kodak moments
Homesick. Not really. I just ate this to get my sister pissed off.
But Rome got kinda boring sometimes.
So one night me, mike, and joe carved a chess set out of wine corks.
We proceded to play a bunch of team games.
Also, italy hates us.
Also, I took too many pictures of the sky. So here's the one I'll post 'cuase it's nicely framed.
The roman forum was not disappointing.
It was very appointing actually. If you go to rome, go there.
It was called, FührerWine or something.
Best waitor ever, on our last night in Rome.
The 9 hour long plane ride home :(
So anyway, there are 1600 pictures from Italy on my computer. And I chose only 40ish to put here. TOok a while too. If you wanna see'm all, come to my house.
