wow verizon sucks
they canceled my account with them without even letting me know or sending me a letter, thats a down right new low for them. i feel bad for sean, it was his free internets (even if it did suck badly)

what kind of world are we living in that i cant even get people to TAKE my money
i couldnt pay with auto pay (becuase my account was suspended)
i couldnt log on to pay (same reason)
i couldnt use there payment system (becuase they had canceled me without telling me)
and they arent letting me update my account so they will send me a bill (so i cant pay them no matter what i do...)
i feel like calling a lawyer on this one... cause its bullshit... really
just take my money and provide me service.. how hard is this?
or take my money and go away and i will find another service
btw if you call in to verizon to pay your bill you have to pay a 3.50 Convenience fee... how convenient.
oh anyone know a plumber who wants to put a sump pump in for me?
