Wowzers......
Holy Shit..... I just came back from seeing the Passion of Christ... I maintained my composure for most of it... altho, I couldn't help but vocalize my GASPS.... the violence was so freakin intense and nauseating... But, I'm really glad I saw it, and feel it was an educational experience, especially in my art history focus of Renaissance Religious Imagery, practicularly Marian Imagery. There were a few Gibson descisions I wouldn't agree with persay, but on the whole, it was an intensely charged movie, that I everyone should MAKE themselves sit through... I am not even close to religious, but it's not about that... No one can dispute the existence of this man... and his life and death should be celebrated and honored...
I'm glad I went... but holy crap, i'm emotionally exhausted now!!! AHHH!
Besides that... let me think let me think... well.... nothing too much new besides that actually. Same ol' stuff. I am currently listening to the new Norah Jones CD. It's good.. .I think i prefer the 1st, but still good!! It's kind of got a country twang in it, but I dig, i dig.
I find out soon if I got an RA position. I hope I did, because if not, I have NO FREAKIN CLUE where I'm gonna live next year. I have keys to lots of practice rooms, I suppose I could set up house in one of those...
I'm kinda homesick... can't wait to see my mommy next weekend :-)
