Level up to next stage in life!
Well, from May 31st to June 13th, I was in Rostov Russia, with a dragoness, named Rinienne. I stayed with her for 2 weeks, we've known each other for about 2 years, spent a lot of time together online, had long conversations on Skype, audio and video. Finally, after a long frustrating episode, I finally was able to go see her. She was supposed to come visit me in March, but her visa was denied, mine wasn't.
She contacted me first on ICQ, doing using ICQ's search field, looking for "Dragon" and "English," looking for someone who loved dragons like her, and who spoke english, to improve her own english. Her english has very much improved! After awhile, we grew closer, good friends, then we began to love each other. We spend most of the time when we're both awake, IMing each other on our phones or computers, skype when possible, spend a lot of time on Second Life just spending time together. We both like dragons, as I said, she's an emerald dragoness. Since we decided to meet each other, I got her so much stuff, custum made plushies of me and her dragon forms, a chainmail bracelet of gold and emerald color, and various other small stuff...She got me an awesom necklace, a wacom tablet since I've been wanting to get back into working on my art(Sucks as it does), a flask, swiss army knife, lighter, and pen, with dragons on them! I also got her one more thing...A Ring.
Yes, a nice little ring with a real emerald into it. And yes, it was an engagement ring...On my birthday, June 7th, we went out to dinner at a very nice cafe', had a tree inside it(fake, but you had to look close to figure it out)...And after dinner, I offered her it...And she accepted...She said yes!
So, yes, those who know me, as my old self, Kemanorel, the gold dragon, and now, Morrin Asturias, the Astral dragon...I've found my mate, my soul mate...My fiance' and soon to be wife. i love her very much, and she loves me. We felt so..perfect together in the time we've been together.
Of course, we had to meet her parents. I tell you, you guys who meet your girls parents, all so afraid of what they will say, how they react...Add on the fact her parents really didn't speak english! Rinienne told her parents while we were at the dinner table , eating dinner. I just sat there, wide eyed, confused and scared a little, as they talked to her and she to them all in russian! Kept thinking "What are they saying, are they angry, upset, confused, etc?!" But...They accepted me! :D Accepted us! They liked me, her first boyfriend they liked(tho I'm her fiance now, but they are ok with that!) Amusingly, they gave me one condition...Learn to speak Russian...Ok, now I just need to actually sit down and use roesetta stone, and have Rinienne help me...I know a few simple words, like how to say hello...And how to say..other words one shouldn't speak in public! :P
But yes. I level up, onto the next stage of life...Marriage! O_O Hope I'm ready for this! :D
