It's been a long time...
...Since I last posted. Lots of time has passed, many things have come and gone, and many more things have changed. In 2006, I moved out of my grandmothers place, and moved to Arizona, living with Arkyan and a friend of his. It was a nice place for a bachelors pad, rent wasn't bad either. Job wasn't that great tho, worked for Subway for awhile. Advice, never work there, ever. I then went to Petsmart, in the beginning of 2007. Much better place. Friendly co-workers and managers, pay was alright, not the best, but alright.
January of 2007 was a blast. I went to my seocnd furry convention, and first Further Confusion. I met so many people I always wanted to meet, and a few really close friends, Skant and Jace. I stayed with them in their home, instead of the hotel, thanks to their very kind offer. I wasn't the best guest, I admit, I had a few quirks that rubbed on them badly...But that's for later telling.
Then, in later 2007, in August or September, not sure, I moved again. This time with an old friend from Pennsylvania, who moved here a few months before I did, tho we had lost contact for awhile. Wasn't totally looking for another place, believing that there was none, but when she offered to let me move in with her, yes, her, I took it. Current roomies were kinda...Eh, one freaked me out, his entire life revolved around EQ, and other, just outright ignored me, talked down to me when he didn't...So I left. Got transfered to another Petsmart, even got fulltime there. I knew this was a temporary living place tho, as the lease would be up in April 2008, and roomie was moving out of state. So, I started looking for another place to live.
In decemeber, a bit before new years, I met Skyler, a wolf, and he introduced me to Billy and HamHam, the two people he lived with, who owned a 5 bedroom house. To put it shortly, I'm living with them now. It's a wonderful place, best place I've lived in, anywhere. Decent size house for 5 people, large living room, decent size bedroom, lots of toys, aka, all the new gen gaming consoles, a 52inch LCD TV in the living room, a jacuzzi, and billy just loves to cook. Rent isn't bad either, and I help out around the house, mowing the small yard, keeping my portion of the house clean.(They hire maids to come in once or every other week, so keeping the house clean isn't bad!)
Some bad things that happened...I broke up with my mate, Pyros Byrnur, in 2007. Reasons why? Seems I didn't give him enough attention. At least that's what I can figure out. I had thought we had broken up peacefully, but since the break up, despite my best attempts at just remaining to be a friend, Pyros has just become so hostile against me, became such an ass...So much that other people at FC whenever I tried talking to him, was wondering why he was being such a prick to me, when I was just trying to be friendly...But eh...If he wants to be like that, that's his life. I'm moving on, my life is improving each day. :)
But yes, i did go to FC 2008! Hung out with Skant, and a very dear close friend of mine, Photo Box. *Snugs the smexy turtle* I roomed with Obsidian Kindragon. We knew each other for awhile online, mostly on Second Life. We hit it off very well. We hung out a lot, cuddled, walked hugging each other through the con...Hehe, had so many comments on how adorable we looked. *^_^* Room-mates are having a party first week of April, a housewarming, to celebrate the last(For awhile that is) house improvements, new carpeting and hardwood flooring, and Oby is coming down for that weekend. *Swoons* So looking forward to it. :) Also at FC08...I spent so much money. xD Got lots of art hung up on my walls, dragons and equines!
As for recent news, nearly finished moving in, still got a few small bits still at my old apartment, but my room is otherwise complete! Still working at Petsmart, tho have been applying for other jobs, got a few leads...Hopefully soon, as Petsmart is changing the stockers schedules to make us coming in 2 hours early, when we already come in at 4-5am! >_> Had a few interviews, they went good, so I most likely have a job now that'll shoot me from making barely $200 a week, to $500 a week. Sweetness! :D I'm also going to AC08, so all my friends on the East Coast who are going, I shall be there! Tho you may not recognize me...
Some changes over the past year or so...Hair has grown out longer, slowly growing a pony tail. Been going to the gym, Gold's Gym, 3-4 times a week, I have the beginnings of a six pack. w00t. Just trying to be toned, don't want bulging muscle. :) I've also become, in other peoples opinions, more mentally, and emotionally stable. Lot of improvements for me since moving and settling down...I'm glad. I was losing friends, but they see that I am better...And I am happy. I got good friends, very good friends. I appreciate each and every single one of them...
