Chris and Lynn
The past weekend was spent shooting Chris and Lynn's wedding. Lynn's from the same secondary school that I was from, Fairfield Methodist. Chris is from the gym I go to, Fitness First. It was a nice wedding with some really fiesty dancing! On the downside, I met my secondary school track coach and discipline master, Benny Cheng. I was quite a handful then, so he had a lot to say to me and catch up on!
As the wedding was a split two day wedding, I had saturday night free. That was spent with Beth, Ian, Lois and friends, celebrating Lois's birthday. The dinner at Ah Zhang was, as always, really good. I admire Patrick's (the owner and chef of Ah Zhang) attitude that food should be consumed slowly and enjoyed with good company and wine. From what I hear, he wouldn't hesitate to turn away customers when he feels he has company he would rather keep and chat with. That saurday, we were the only table there and the service and food was really good! I admire his passion and dedication to his food creation and avoid getting caught up in the number game. Besides, he has been in business for 15 years now so he must be doing something right.
