Ok as some of you may know, I'm going to be moving in to a house out in Arlington on Jul 14th 2008....maybe a little before that but either way as it stands *sigh* I'll be able to afford it....but unless I get a damn good job or a room mate, thats about all I'll be able to do....sooo with that in mind I'm asking if any of you or anyone you might know thats somewhat stable, might need a place to stay. Whoever moves in with me will have to put up with me doing a bar-b-que from time to time and I WILL be installing a hot tub while I'm living there....and hell if you make more than I do I might go ahead and give ya the master bedroom. Anyway, it's in a good neighborhood....not too far from highway 20. It's 3 bedroom 2 bath. 2 car garage, kitchen area is fairly large and if needed the Den can be converted to a formal dining area. Yard space is ok but I realy want to do some major overhauling to it. When I move out in a year or 2, your more than welcome to keep renting it...maybe even rent to own if ya like it well enough....OR you have the option of following me to my next place which will be comparable in size and price....oh ya I forgot about the price didnt I ;-) Your only going to be required to pay 300 - 400 per month...details can be discussed if you wish further via email, phone and/or in person....hope to talk to yall soon.
