Welcoming a new artist

Yep, yep.. I'll be stepping down as artist for BCK- as far as I can see, for a while. My body and mind have become increasingly unwell again, and I need more time to try and regain the footing I still feel has left me since my hospital stay in January. I've often felt that I owe it to Rob, our friends- readers- everyone- to keep plugging away in

No harm in taking a break

I think for *all* of us it is hard to admit we aren't perfect. (Hell its hard for me to admit my flaws even when I know everyone else can see them)

Its also hard to admit when we are burned out on something.
Especially when it is something we love.

Knowing when to step away from something to get some perspective (before we fall down) it a sign of growing.

So take a breather, give your muse something else to gnaw on, and I suspect you will find that your muse will return stronger than before.
